A Victorian house that needed general renovation and expansion.
The project included planning, construction and general renovation and, of course, the design and styling of the entire house. The family, numbering 5 people, asked for a bright and modern house that would contain work areas, a utility room and an open space that includes a large kitchen, dining area and family corner.
In a joint decision with the customers, we have preserved some of the original features of the house like the tiles floor in the entrance and the cornice works in the ceiling which preserves the Victorian charm and creates an interesting combination of old and new.
Golders green Maisonette
Nestled in the serene embrace of the prestigious Hampstead Garden Suburb, a charming three-ensuite bedroom double-level maisonette has undergone a remarkable transformation, emerging as a holiday retreat just a brief ten-minute stroll from the vibrant heart of Golders Green.
One feature of this renovation was the creation of an inviting eat-in area within the kitchen, thoughtfully designed to accommodate five to six people. Every aspect of the flat, from carefully selected furniture to sumptuous bathroom towels, from captivating wall art to meticulously arranged cutlery in the kitchen drawers, was infused with an uncompromising dedication to elegance and comfort. This holiday flat exudes a country-style charm, seamlessly blending with the peaceful, village-like ambience that surrounds it.
