A Victorian house that needed general renovation and expansion.
The project included planning, construction and general renovation and, of course, the design and styling of the entire house. The family, numbering 5 people, asked for a bright and modern house that would contain work areas, a utility room and an open space that includes a large kitchen, dining area and family corner.
In a joint decision with the customers, we have preserved some of the original features of the house like the tiles floor in the entrance and the cornice works in the ceiling which preserves the Victorian charm and creates an interesting combination of old and new.
Golders green Maisonette
Set within the leafy surroundings of Hampstead Garden Suburb, this charming three-bedroom, three-ensuite maisonette has been thoughtfully transformed into a stylish holiday retreat, just a short ten-minute walk from the vibrant heart of Golders Green.
A key part of the redesign was the creation of a welcoming eat-in kitchen, designed to comfortably seat five to six guests and encourage relaxed gatherings. Every detail was carefully considered, from the bespoke joinery, furniture, lighting and window treatments to the artwork, bathroom linens and even the organisation of the kitchen drawers. The result is a home that feels warm, elegant and effortlessly comfortable. Inspired by the surrounding village atmosphere, the interiors blend country-house charm with contemporary practicality, creating a peaceful and inviting escape from the city.
